You ever look back at a time in your life and are sickened by yourself?
It makes it worse when you like to keep things, because then you actually have stuff to look back at and remember.
And especially with technology, there are records of past conversations everywhere.

And I am stupid, and I'm reading shit that I know I will hate to read
and remember.
